The Vocational Training Council (VTC) Headquarters (Industry Partnership) is committed to providing quality professional and secretarial services for the implementation of a cost-effective and comprehensive system of vocational and professional education and training to meet the changing manpower needs of the industrial and commercial sectors of Hong Kong.
